Free up your time and headspace by hiring someone who will take care of the tech and systems needed to run your business efficiently (that’s me!).
You work so hard. You’ve put in hours of your time, loads of effort, and so much passion into building your business. You’re juggling “real life” on the side – home, family, friends. The last thing you want to do is…
- Juggle different apps and software trying to run your business – shouldn’t something be more efficient?
- Spend hours trying to figure out why something that looks so freakin’ simple on your website won’t work
- Waste time trying to set up a project management system in a way that works for your brain
Ready to save hours of time and frustration?
I’m Kate Martin, and I’m a systems/tech specialist helping entrepreneurial ADHD women solve their tech and business organization problems so they can be more efficient in less time and scale their business without increasing their workload.
More than that though – I’ll also help you take a holistic look at your life and help you implement systems for your home as well, so you can actually enjoy your time offs, spend time with your family, and even get in some time for yourself, because your business doesn’t exist in a vacuum in your life.
I began working as a virtual assistant in November 2018, when my oldest daughter was still a newborn. I had been fascinated with blogging and the ever-evolving online business industry for years, and I started making my first websites as a pre-teen – I combined the skills and wound up finding that where they all intersected was a job I loved, that allows me to stay home with my two daughters. Now, as freelancing work-from-home mom, homeschooling in an all-ADHD house, systems are life and how I keep things moving without losing my mind.
My unique blend of experience – web design, ADHD, project management, and organization methods – means I’m perfect to help my fellow ADHD entrepreneurs who want that easier “work less, make more” life and are ready to start growing and scaling their businesses further.
Where It Starts
- Doing everything by yourself
- Realizing that you’re limited by the number of hours you can work
- Trying to remember how you did (x) again…
- Looking at your to-do list and struggling to figure out what needs to happen first.
- Wishing you had someone who could help you figure out what you needed to do to keep growing and scaling
- Mentally screaming as you look at the mess around your home
- Unable to truly enjoy “off time” because you have soooo many things to do.
Where It Goes
- Being able to delegate to your virtual assistant
- Having a library of SOPs to rely on
- Scaling your business with ease
- Having your task list automated and figuring out how to prioritize and delegate
- Being able to actually clean up your house at the end of the night
- Relaxing – actually, completely, relaxing – and enjoying your time with your family.
- Approaching life with a plan – not just a lengthy to-do list
- Knowing you have someone on your side who can help you see your way forward

What does working with me look like?
If you’re like me and an anxiety-ridden mess at the best of times (thank goodness for Lexapro!) – you know, the type who googles a menu for a new restaurant so you know what you want to order before you get there – then you’re probably wondering what working with me looks like.
I wish I could give you a summary but it depends on the service! Here’s the really important bits:
- For any long term project, we kick off with a call, because if we want to work well together, we HAVE to mesh well.
- If things feel good, I’ll send the contract (to protect both of us) and initial invoice. Once you’ve signed the contract and paid the invoice, you get added to my schedule!
- I’ll send you a list of any details I need, and have you share any passwords through LastPass so they stay secure. I’ll also send you a link to a Google Drive folder for any information exchanged.
- If we have an end point, I’ll provide offboarding consultation from seven to thirty days afterwards via Voxer – ask for any tutorials, follow up with any questions, whatever you need!
My priority is providing the customer service I want to receive myself.
Free up your time, energy, and headspace, so you can spend more time doing the money-making activities you’re passionate about.
We’ll work well together if…
- You are passionate about your business and what you’re doing.
- You’re willing to take the time to learn a new thing that will help your business (don’t worry, I’ll walk you through it!).
- You can clearly communicate what you’re wanting to do, or can be patient while I try to sketch it out to understand it.
- You have a vision, just not the technical know-how to carry it out.
- You’re looking for someone who can stay with you long-term and handle the everyday stuff while you enjoy doing the things you love in your business.
We will NOT work well together if…
- Your business is a MLM – I think multi-level marketing/network marketing/etc. is predatory and takes advantage of people who are in poor financial situations. I do not support it in any way – and no, your company is not “different.”
- You are super strict on deadlines. I love deadlines, they make my ADHD sit up and pay attention – but I also have young children who get random days off from school or wind up sick and decide to cling to me all day. Sometimes I might need to move something back a few days. I will try to account for this when scheduling your work.
